TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Services include only those explicitly listed in the proposal provided by Team Blue Drain Cleaning and Plumbing, LLC.

Any additional work will require a separate agreement.

Invoices are due at completion of services.

Based on the scope of the project a down payment of 1/2 of the cost will be required prior to the start of the project.

Team Blue Drain Cleaning and Plumbing, LLC is not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise during the project and our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Either party may terminate this agreement within One days verbal notice. The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the date of termination.

Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in the City of Omaha, County of Douglas.
